  1. How long does delivery take?

Once your payment is confirmed and your order is processed, we aim to deliver within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2 PM (South African Standard Time)
  • Processing & Handling: 0–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Shipping & Transit: 3–7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

    2. What are the delivery Charges?

Delivery is R150 for door-to-door orders below R1000.00, and is free delvery to all orders above R1000.00 in South Africa

 

    3. Can I update my delivery Address after placing an order?

Yes — we allow address changes within 24 hours of purchase, provided your order has not yet entered the shipping process. Please contact us at info@nombrico.co.za as soon as possible.

 

   4. Do offer international shipping?

No — at this stage we only ship within South Africa. Please ensure you provide a physical street address, as we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

   5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.
