Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Nombri Co Trading! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within South Africa. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery Timeframes

Please note these are estimates and delays may occur due to courier or weather conditions.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping: R150.00 flat rate
- Free shipping on orders over R1000.00
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel through our courier's website.
Delays & Exceptions
Nombri Co Trading is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. load shedding, public holidays, extreme weather). If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@nombrico.co.za within 14 days of your expected delivery date so we can open an investigation with the courier.
